General Policies

Rental Fee
Prices listed or quoted are for a one-day rental/weekend rental. Weekly and
monthly rates are available if you need equipment longer. Rental rates are
based on the time that the equipment is out, not how long you use it.

Delivery
Delivery and pick-up is available for an additional charge. Delivery charges
are round-trip. Equipment rented will be neatly stacked in the driveway,
garage, loading dock, or under a tent. Please let us know in advance if you
have any special delivery requirements. An additional carrying fee will be
charged for special deliveries, including delivery to the backyard, basement,
second floor or higher, or locations with security checkpoints. An additional
fee will be required for deliveries at a precise time. A four hour window for
delivery can be requested. If you require set-up or take-down of equipment, a
set-up fee will be required.

Inspection
All rental equipment is clean, sanitized, and packaged so you receive it ready
to use. You are required to inspect all items upon receipt to ensure that they meet your requirements.
